Meet Chloé

For the past 15 years, Chloé Gounder-Forbes has been a leading figure in London's culinary scene, gracing esteemed establishments like Oliver Peyton's Atlantic & Inn the Park, Century Member's Club, and most recently, Soho House. Her journey as a sommelier is one of passion and dedication, fueled by a constant thirst for knowledge and discovery.

Chloé's commitment to inclusivity shone through at Platform 1, her own fine-dining restaurant. The wine list there championed lesser-known grape varietals and celebrated small, artisanal producers who craft their wines with meticulous care.

Through Grape & Vine, she hopes to continue this journey of representing the under-represented, and bringing some much-needed colour, to the vibrant London wine scene.
